How Do The Commissions Work
We charge an upfront commission/fee of $499.00 plus $99 at Closing. If a Realtor® procures the buyer, you pay a predetermined or negotiated commission. You chose the commission you are willing to pay upfront (typically 1-3%) and advertise it directly in the MLS. Either way, with our Flat Fee Model, you save thousands in commissions and there will never be any hidden charges.

AccuShow is a 3rd party "Showing Set-up" company that will act as the middleman between Sellers and Realtors. In addition we now provide a rental lock box. The combination of AccuShow and the Lock Box means that you no longer have to deal directly with the Realtors, nor do you have to be at all the showings. For only $749.00 (payable at closing) we will handle all the paperwork from the very first Offer written to the time you hand over the keys. To Summarize:
